What you need

cup baby spinach

cup unsweetened almond milk

protein powder

tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender. I recommend THIS blender! Blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined. If needed, add in more milk to thin the smoothie. This will depend on the power of your blender and the consistency of the protein powder you use. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Serve with a straw.
